Starbucks Medford: Premium Coffee & Friendly Service at Mystic Valley Pkwy

I was warmly greeted by cheerful Elizabeth who patiently guided me through the new menu. She left a lasting impression and I’ll definitely be returning. She made my day and introduced me to a new favourite drink

I don't go to Starbucks a lot because of time limitations in my schedule, but I was passing through Medford on my way home and I wanted to stop in and get a drink and a bite to eat. Immediately when I walked in I was greated with a big smile from one of the employees. I got in line and figured out what I wanted; a grande iced coffee with caramel and a petite vanilla treat, which was delectable, 10/10 recommend. The barista serving me was extremely polite and made sure that she had put in the right order, and I remembered her name, which was Stella, the name of one of my dogs. Stella made my experience at Starbucks better than I was expecting and complied to everything that I had ordered and made it very fast. We exchanged a few words and for the rest of my day I was put into a good mood from that little conversation we had. Stella if you see this thank you and hope that you're my barista again! It was very clean and overall everyone did a great job while I was there. I will definitely be stopping in again to the Medford Starbucks for some more smiles, happiness, and of course more grande iced coffee! lol.

Look it’s a small Starbucks; it’s not the “third place” style Starbucks I was used to in other cities. It’s got four small tables. It’s designed for a quick treat when you’re shopping at Whole Foods or just after, not for hanging out or doing some work The food and the drinks are what you expect from premium overpriced fast food. The atmosphere is not the all day stay cafe atmosphere, though a few people try. I think they crank up the AC to make it uncomfortably cold in order to chase people out quickly. The service is friendly and proficient. They do what they can with what they have. Only thing I’d say is they could avoid taking up the large table for their seemingly frequent team meetings. I often come in, determine I can’t stay, and then go to another cafe to actually do my work.

Treat yourself a Trenta iced coffee either with 100 stars or on your birthday. You can add many items on it to make it a great happy drink The staff here are nice and helpful

I've always liked this little Starbucks at the Whole Foods in Medford. I stop by any time I can.

The staff that worked on Sunday night 02/01/26 are AWESOME.. I walked in 10 min before closing they made my Vanilla Iced Latte with smiles on their faces, they are so polite even while they were trying to get ready to close..it was such nice experience.. thanks Starbucks !

Honestly, this Starbucks made our day. The guy working there (his name is Danny) was super nice and welcoming from the start. He kept checking on us, offered us refills on coffee, and made sure we were good the whole time. What meant the most was that he and his team even offered us snacks while we were there studying for final exams. That was such a kind and thoughtful gesture and really helped during a stressful time. Big shoutout to him and the whole team, everyone was friendly, positive, and made us feel comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest Starbucks experiences I’ve had. I’ll for sure be coming back.

Went to this particular Starbucks location yesterday with 5 coworkers and was greeted exceptionally by the amazing girl working the register. Once ordered, we all waited on our coffees and left shortly after. In the short walk to our vehicles we were all taken back at HOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING our coffees were!! I called the store later In the day to inform them how pleased I was with my coffee and informed that my barrista was Maryam. A big GIANT shout out to her on an amazing set of coffees our crew received, a true coffee talent! Coming from Haverhill, I wish I lived closer to this location, I'd be in there twice a day!!!
